You can place an order for either a Group Photo, or a DVD, or both on the form below. Group Photos will be available in the "shop", however, to order a DVD, you must be a member of the cast or related to a member of the cast.
No payment will be required when entering the form. An email will be sent to you to confirm that the products are ready and they can be picked up at 184 Porchlight Dr. in Elmira. Payment can be made in cash at pickup or by eTransfer to orders@garyslens.ca
