Payment is not required at time of registration. A welcome package will be sent to you with instructions on payment which can be made up to and including the first session. To register for more than one class, submit one form for each registration.

I understand that I continue to retain all copyright on images submitted as part of this class. I hereby grant Gary Scott of Gary’s Lens Photography full rights to display the images I submit for any purpose related to the class, including but not limited to display on the web, print or any other media educational purposes or promotion.
Waiver:
I fully accept as my personal risk any and all consequences of participation and hereby agree to release and save harmless Gary Scott of Gary’s Lens Photography, its officers, directors, agents and members from all claims, actions, costs and expenses with respect to my death, injury, loss or damage to me or my property arising as a result of my participation. In the event of an accident or medical problem suffered by me, I consent to the seeking of appropriate care required. I declare that I have read and fully understand this Waiver and Assumption of Risk.
